Service Contracts

SGI’S extended service plan was developed to provide consumer’s with comprehensive coverage, backed by quality insurance at a reasonable price.Our Extended Service Contract plans are the most comprehensive coverage available in the marketplace. SGI’s program is fully insured by an A (Excellent) rated insurance carrier. If your customer is unable to return to your dealership for repairs they may be performed at the repair facility of their choice in the United States or Canada. Our National Claims Service Center will supply a national credit card to the repair facility for payment of all authorized repair cost, less their deductible.
An Extended Service Contract from SGI is the best way to protect your customer’s automotive investment. Our contracts offer four levels of coverage.

Bronze Protection Plan

Our Bronze Coverage is designed to provide solid protection at a reasonable cost. It’s for the buyer who just needs coverage for the vehicle’s most important and expensive components: the engine, transmission and drive axle.

Silver Protection Plan

Our more comprehensive Silver Plan covers all of the components in the Bronze as well as most of the vehicle’s major systems. It’s for the buyer who needs coverage for the vehicle’s main assemblies.

Gold Protection Plan

Our Gold Protection Plan is the most comprehensive named component coverage in the industry. This listed plan extends coverage to virtually all-mechanical and electrical assemblies of the vehicle. It’s designed for the buyer who wants very comprehensive coverage.

Platinum Protection Plan

Our Platinum Coverage is the most comprehensive extended warranty coverage in the industry. With SGI’S Platinum plan, if a part is not listed under the “exclusions” section of the contract, it is covered. The Platinum Plan is designed for the buyer who wants the best coverage available in the industry. It covers every component of the vehicle unless the part is specifically excluded in the “What is not covered” section of the contract. The list of exclusions for our Platinum Plan is very limited and consists primarily of general maintenance items on the vehicle.
All of SGI’S Protection Plans also provide thefollowing additional benefits:

  • Tire Protection
All of our coverage plans start from the date of plan purchase, not the original in-service date like most dealership plans.
